How do I become a member of Georgetown Moms Group?

We are so glad you asked! Please see our membership link above to sign up. 

What are the membership benefits?

Membership includes, but is not limited to, access to monthly mom events and free or low cost events for children, an annual social event for you and your partner, informal meet ups, meal trains if you welcome a new baby, philanthropic outreach, and of course - many friendships! 

Do I have to be a member to participate in events?

Events are open to paying members and their children (or spouses/partners in some instances) only. We'd love to have you join!

How often does Georgetown Moms Group meet?

We aim to have at least 1 moms' event and one children's event per month. Additionally, we hope to host a philanthropic event 3-4 times a year and support a local cause. We also may have non-formal meet ups, such as at American Legion Park or walking groups - whatever moms see fit to implement. 

Who can join?

Any local mom can join, whether you are expecting, have one young child, or many older children. Please note, however, that our children's events are generally planned for children around 6 years of age and younger. The group is specifically focused on moms in Georgetown, but we welcome moms from surrounding towns as well!

What if I can't afford a membership?

We can help! We have some flexibility and the support of a lovely business sponsor, Hatter's Tea Shoppe, to support some memberships. We don't want money to be a barrier!
